![]() A couple weeks ago, I was asked if I believed in a six day creation. My response was something like this: I am not 100% certain, but I lean toward the six day account. There are many things that indicate that our planet is significantly younger than what evolutionists say. Here is a good video that documents a large number of these. Now, while watching this video, I was able to make a good argument against several of his statements, and I don't agree with all of his comments. Still, he raises a large number of interesting questions. So what do you guys think? |

Interesting choice for a soundtrack there.....
Yeah, I didn't care for the soundtrack all that much. I kept thinking "look at me, I'm white and nerdy" for a good portion of it. ;-)
khomar,
do you have a link so i can read the verses?
the age of the earth is totally off but i think the 6 day thing is accurate.
i haven't personally heard ram talk about the creation of earth ... but i have heard him talk about gods that create planets.
Which verses?
lol.
the verses where god created earth .... genesis??
Here you go. This is the ESV (English Standard Version).
http://www.gnpcb.org/esv/search/?q=gen+1&src=esv.org
cool! thanks! been a long time since i've read that! lol.
based on what i've heard ram say ...
i would bet money on that being accurate.
my only curiousity is ... which god?
if i understand ram correctly ... different gods created different species of flora and fauna.
ram gave an AMAZING talk about the gods who created different flowers at the assay in 2004. i don't believe it has been released on cd yet.
No problem. You can read the whole Bible on that site and even have it read to you. It is also searchable as well.
This is one of the reasons why I like the English Standard Version. Unlike most of the modern versions, the ESV has a ton of free resources. You can even by a cheaper version of the printed Bible for $5 (they call it their "outreach" Bible as it is inexpensive enough to buy many copies to give to who ever wants it). I believe that the Word of God, just as salvation is, should be free for everyone to use. It saddens me that so many organizations today use Christianity to make a profit. It was never supposed to be that way.
i like the online version.
i've owned many bibles. i get pissed off and then give them away.
i'm just a tad too impulsive and emotional!!
