 I've wondered why Obama ~HAS~ to get this health-care bill passed in the shortest amount of time possible. I had originally thought about it just on the political side... as in it needs to pass quickly before his approval ratings are so low that it is no longer possible. Then someone posted some thoughts about what the ~kill the elderly~ bill really says, so I had to take a few days to pick their thoughts apart on it. In doing so, I stumbled on what I think is the real reason why he wants this bill passed so quickly... Mandatory Vaccinations are part of the bill. Link to bill here.... Wow. There is a lot to digest there.
When I heard that pregnant women are going to be targeted, my warning system was alerted even more strongly. I pray that they stay far away from my house. I am not sure what I will do if they come to try to force a vaccination on my wife or my kids.
This is another post in which I'd appreciate your editorializing should you have time. I am still sitting here and have not gone to bed but simply cannot sort through all that list right now, I'd do more harm than good. I tried to remove duplicates but I'm sure there are still some there. Just wanted to get it posted ASAP.

It's brilliant actually.
All he is doing is making his ratings go back up with reporting like that... the black community will rally around him, any other minorities will follow suit... the white-guilt people will throw in thier support to prove that they're not racist.
He has always chosen his words very carefully. He also gets to tell the reporters what questions to ask.. so this wasn't an accident.

Folks, while going over some emails in the office, I came some interesting information on the Democrats’ big health care bill, H.R. 3200, America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009. While this is federal legislation and not state, the topic is of enough significance that I thought many of you would be interested in reading it. Please find below page references and direct quotes from the proposed bill.
Page 16: States that if you have insurance at the time of the bill becoming law and change, you will be required to take a similar plan. If that is not available, you will be required to take the gov option!
Page 22: Mandates audits of all employers that self-insure!
Page 29: Admission: your health care will be rationed!
Page 30: A government committee will decide what treatments and benefits you get (and, unlike an insurer, there will be no appeals process)
Page 42: The "Health Choices Commissioner" will decide health benefits for you. You will have no choice. None.
Page 50: All non-US citizens, illegal or not, will be provided with free healthcare services.
Page 58: Every person will be issued a National ID Healthcard.
