Hidden Places

I can't take credit for this. Its from one of the genius chef's in my life! :)

*spinach or romaine lettuce spread out --covering a plate
*chop a ton of fresh strawberries and spread over your greens
*crumble a bit of feta cheese
*sprinkle any kind of nuts- i like: seseme seeds, salted pumpkin seeds, soy nuts, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds
*if you want--add a few dried cranberries

there is a dressing... ummmm...i'd add it when i find it.

i use raspberry vinegrette dressing
