 i guess this could have its own section. i'm putting this under nature .... 'cause the only reason to be green is to protect our property...our land, air, and water. i don't use any cleaning chemicals in my place anymore. i just use vinegar and baking soda. baking soda ROCKS!!! i use 'green' products for my dish soap and laundry soap. since they are made by big companies ... i'm not actually sure how 'green' they are. i'm open to suggestions. i'm watching for a deal on a bike. i can bike to get groceries, movies, etc. as i live close to everything. i just bought an old car and got rid of my lease. i'm actually planning to manifest another vehicle and play around with this old vehicle. there are students at rse who have their vehicles off 'normal' oil and gas. i use to buy prepackaged stirfries. i now buy all the ingredients at a farmers market and make my own using re-usable freezable containers. i use flushable kitty litter so i don't have to collect plastic bags anymore. i use cotton re-usable bags for shopping. i still accumulate WAY to much recycable material every week from the products i buy. i haven't worked that one out. i've cut WAY down on take out and fast food so i don't contribute that trash anymore. i have several steel mugs and water bottles in my car so i never get throw away cups anymore. i don't have a compost yet. i've just started growing my salad ingredients. i have to figure out growing my juicing ingredients. and i don't live off grid yet. this video TOTALLY inspired me!!!!
