![]() Obama Youth Brigade: Church Attendance Forbidden By Jonas Clark Is this the change you really voted for? President Obama has only been in office for two months. This bill’s title is called “Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education” (GIVE). It forms what some are calling “Obama’s Youth Brigade.” Obama’s plan is require anyone receiving school loans and others to serve at least three months as part of the brigade. His goal is one million youth! This has serious Nazi Germany overtones to it. The Bill would forbid any student in the brigade to participate in “engaging in religious instruction, conducting worship services, providing instruction as part of a program that includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing or operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship, maintaining facilities primarily or inherently devoted to religious instruction or worship, or engaging in any form of religious proselytization.” That means no church attendance or witnessing. Again, is this what America voted for? Here is part of the HR1388 Bill’s wording:
Here is the link to the actual section in the bill: HR 1388 (Whatever happened to freedom of religion and keeping government OUT of religion? See what's going on ....? Coerced volunteerism is all you hear about - not the devil in the details.) Read More at thevoicemaganize.com Infowars has a similar write up. March of the Obamatons
Be Prepared
"Stick with me and you'll never go hungry again!"
Umm Professor your voice has suddenly gone up an octave...anything wrong?
[ Things couldn't be farther from wrong. I feel pretty. ]
By the way to say this is an attack on the 1st Amendment is not even close to what this is.
This is slavery, plain and simple slavery. With slavery of course comes no right to express yourself.
Good point. I should add that 14th amendment as well.
It is amazing to watch the speed at which the changes are coming, but things can change far more quickly than we can imagine. We always think that such things take time, but while the setup can take decades, the final culmination does not take long at all.

this is a TERRIFIC speech.
i don't know anything about that dude. his style could appeal to a lot of people. i hope many obama supporters get an opportunity to watch it.
wow.
i actually don't know what to say.
The more I read the bill and think about the implications, the more disturbed I become. This is Nazi Germany all over again. They are pushing for a regime that will make the Constitution a distant memory and slavery for most Americans a reality.
One fact that the vast majority of people do not know is who helped to set up Homeland Security. It is important to know who the two people who were the top advisers were because of what they did in their former lives. The former head of the East German Stasi Marcus Wolfe was the main guy. The second major adviser was former head of the KGB Yevgeni Primakov.
Stasi + KGB = Homeland Security
Homeland Security + Messiah = Genocide (imo)

I was in a conversation on YouTube about 9/11 when I had the following exchange:
If this kind of mentality is common then our country is in serious trouble. People don't want to even contemplate that our government could be actively working against us to control our lives and so increase their own power. Power is everything to politicians. How did we forget this?
It's the common mentality....
I was in a conversation with a man three days ago who (when speaking about politics) asked me who I backed in the election. When I told him Ron Paul, he looked at me square in the eye and said.."That surprises me...You don't look like the type who would follow a government sell-out."
Not wanting to argue, I let it drop. He was not worth the effort or my time. The country is full of those who do not see nor want to see the travesty unfolding underneath them and they are too comfortable believing that those in power have their best interest at heart.
Yeah, I'm afraid that I have run into this too much myself for it to be the minority. When you step back into the mainstream for moment and watch a bit of TV or read the mainstream press, you see millions of people who are blissfully ignorant. They know that something is wrong, but they don't want to take the time to figure out what it actually is. No one wants to get uncomfortable.
Of course, as friends that have known me for a long time hear that I am planning on moving out the country to do farming they start to wonder what is going on with me. I am a city boy who loves the indoors, but I realize that difficult times require changes and adaptability. I must adapt or perish with the rest of them.
I'm like you Khomar
Very used to the luxury of being able to go to a store and buy what I want to eat for dinner rather than digging in the mud and growing it myself, but much like you I'm trying to prepare and adapt where possible.
My brother called me yesterday from Maui. He's moving from the island because he felt that it could not sustain the populace food-wise in the event of a collapse. He and I spent the afternoon talking about South America and it's year round growing capabilities.
Have you looked in that direction yet?
I've thought about it, but I really don't want to leave the United States. For one thing, we simply could not afford such a move, and with four little boys, it would be very difficult to move overseas -- moving at all is a challenge! More importantly, I think it is going to be important to live near people you know. Some of the areas we are looking are a little farther from family, but friends or family are always within a couple hours -- close enough for them to come join us if necessary in the times ahead.
Besides, South America has its own share of problems as well, and with the global scope of the coming changes, I am not sure it will be all that much different in the near future. Given all of the changes I am going to be facing, I am not sure it is a good idea for me to also tackle changes in culture and language as well.
I have taken courage from that gardening book I mentioned in the gardening thread because he raises vegetables year round in northern Vermont. Apparently winter lettuce can thrive even in the dead of winter in a greenhouse -- as long as you wait for the sun to thaw out the lettuce before picking it! :-)
I also take courage in this verse:
I will seek to follow God and His righteousness and trust Him with the rest. This means following the wisdom and knowledge He has given me -- take charge of the things I can control and leave the things that I can't to God. In the end, that is all we really can do anyway.
stay strong ...
re-read this... (ram's address about obama) it is 2009 now... look what he says happens by 2012.
“Now 2009 is the beginning of the breaking up of America.
The great stalwart being, the lady liberty that represents the West, is much against theology.
All the wars going on today are not about land.
They are about theology and belief systems and changing everyone’s belief system to take them back before the Stone Age, taking them back to a place of terrible laws that were only about some men’s fixation upon what they thought was right and their revenge upon others who enjoyed the liberty of freedom.”
“The social consciousness of this democracy will go into rebellion beginning this year, but its worst rebellion is happening the year that follows in the final collapse and destruction of the Earth coming in the beginning of 2012.
The falling apart of the American society, as you know it, will be a falling apart because its citizenry is insecure, as there is no respect for the law.
Not even the lawmakers who made the law respect the law.
They will be held on the gallows as targets to say you should never do this again.
Those who are supposed to protect the law abuse the law.
By abusing the law, they fed in part a whole civilization’s collapse from its most beautiful redeeming quality, a civilization that was not enslaved by religion, kings, queens, and priests, a civilization that was of the people itself.
Freedom given to the greatest of crooks works the system and the law to their favor.
This is what is coming down.
You will find that in the economic collapse.”
