Congee -- from see-thru

i freeze the drippings when i make a roast and now i found a FABULOUS use for them. OMG!!!

yesterday i made congee. the ULTIMATE asian comfort food.

i only used 4 cups of water and put it all in my crock pot for 3 hours.

i also added pepper, a tiny bit of ground hot peppers, seasoning salt, and cilantro.
