black bean hummus

2 cans cooked black beans, drained
lemon juice to taste
1/4 cup tahini
2 cloves smooshed garlic
finely chopped onion
cumin
various chilis, hot & mild, to taste
olive oil
cilantro
simmer til the beans start to fall apart, then smash with a fork.
serve with tortilla or pita chips and carrot sticks.
